You know you have something incredible to offer. You’ve built a brilliant business, honed your expertise and made a real impact in your industry. But does the right audience know about it? Are you visible to potential clients? That’s where I come in.
My superpower is helping female entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, founders and leaders get the media recognition they deserve. Whether you want to be seen as a thought leader, land press coverage that boosts your credibility, or simply stop being the best-kept secret in your field, I’ll help you make it happen.
With 35+ years as a journalist and magazine editor — working on everything from Sugar, Cosmopolitan and Glamour to Top Sante, the Independent and The Telegraph — I know exactly what makes a story stand out. I also know that many women struggle to find their voice and put themselves forward, even when they’ve got so much of value to say. I’ll help you find your story, shape your messaging and target social media and the press so that editors, journalists and your future clients start paying attention.
What else do you need to know about me? Well I’m ‘the middlest’ of three sisters, a mum of two adult sons, dog-mum to an adorable Collie and I live in South London. After getting a degree in English at Birmingham Uni, I lasted a whole year at the Sorbonne in Paris, training to be a conference interpreter. Then I had a rethink, remembered I’d always intended to be a journalist and soon my first job at Just 17 and the start of a career in the media beckoned.
Apart from editing magazines and writing for newspapers, my CV includes teaching journalism at Goldsmiths and London Metropolitan University, copywriting for solopreneurs and multinationals, running media workshops for charities like Joseph Rowntree Trust and editing customer magazines like John Lewis Edition. I’ve written three books for teenagers and was the British Society of Magazine Editors Women’s Magazine Editor of the Year in 1996. And in 2018 I co-launched Audrey, a platform and members’ club to showcase and support women doing incredible things.

I’ve built my own career by knocking on doors, trying things, and creating opportunities. Now, I help my clients do the same — by getting featured in national newspapers, magazines, podcasts and online platforms.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone own their expertise and step into the spotlight. So, are you ready to be THE go-to person in your industry?
